Refreshing Virtualstore Please try to run the program unregister. This cleans your profile and the "Virtual store". The program will not open any window or dialog. If you are running Windows Vista or Windows 7 and you are familiar with computers you can fix this by emptying the Virtual Store manually. If this folder does not exist, your Virtual Store is already empty.

Note that you need to have the "Show hidden files and folder" option on, otherwise you will not see these folders. Update your drivers to their latest version.

They did not create Ship Simulator Extremes, and are really in no position to give support on the many technical problems. The moderators and other users will do their best to help you if you are patient and polite with your request, and give them enough information.

Remember that you and they are in the same boat when it comes to the frustrations inherent in that game. You are very likely to have exactly the same problems that you now have. ShipSim is a very demanding program in the processor speed and resources it requires. It also requires that you have the patience to see that you have the required DLLs and the correct versions of certain Windows routines.
