This has happened multiple times. The driver has permission to install on the disks. The 'allow' setting was made after the first failed attempt and when the message about the need for permissions in the notification window appeared on one PC.

The other PC doesn't have that protection turned on. Is this a Windows Problem? Or is this an Intel Problem. It clearly is not a SB issue as it affects to separate PCs.
